Design of the slurry valve features excellent structure, convenient operation and maintenance, reliable and durable sealing and other excellent opening and closing performances and safeties. It has special functions of resistance to pressure, scouring, abrasion, corrosion and scar during high temperature and pressure transmission of caustic aluminum oxide pulp in particular.

The valve body adopts split type middle valve seat form; convenient repairing and maintenance; interior of the valve body undergoes build-up welding treatment in accordance with the working condition to play a role in protecting internal parts effectively; flow pass of the valve body adopts streamline straight type structure to lower flow resistance, reduce particle deposition and delay scar effectively.
2. Valve connection type is flanged connection.
3. To reduce flow resistance, overall structure of the valve adopts “Y” type structure, with 45° included angle between central line of the valve stem and medium flow direction.
4. The valve disc and seat adopt WC rigid alloy sealing material, hardness HRC≥62, high hardness, featuring good erosion and scratch resistance and long service life; the valve disc and seat can be disassembled for replacing, featuring convenient repairing.
5. Valve stem adopts high nitriding steel valve stem, its strength undergoes reinforcement design and its surface undergoes QPQ hardening treatment. Reversed sealing structure is designed for online stuffing replacing.
6. It adopts impact type hand wheel or electric drive. In case of scarred valve disc and seat due to long-term utilization, the valve disc and seat can be cleaned by impact effect of the hand wheel, playing a role in sealing.
