The product is used for steam-water system of boiler or steam turbine of thermal power supercritical (ultra-supercritical) unit.

Advantages

The valve body adopts overall forged structure.
Sealing type of the valve body and bonnet adopts pressure self-sealing structure.
Sealing surface of the valve seat has Stellite 6 alloy build-up welding.
Sealing surface of the valve disc has Stellite 12 alloy build-up welding.
With curb (or annular pressure reducing groove) at its front, the sealing surface can prevent particle and impurity in pipes from crushing the sealing surface upon valve closing.
The sealing part adopts two-step throttle element pressure reducing structure and medium pressure reduces step by step to prevent cavitation and scouring from damaging the sealing surface.
