It is used as opening and closing devices for pumping system or other high and medium pressure pipe systems of 600 to 1,000MW supercritical (ultra-supercritical) unit steam turbine.

Advantages

The valve body and bonnet adopt middle flange bolted connection structure, featuring convenient disassembly. Both ends adopt welded connection.
The valve disc adopts lift type multi-step cover structure.
The valve seat adopts conical sealing. With rigid alloy build-up welding, the sealing surface features cavitation and abrasion resistance.
Multi-step cover is adopted to control each step of pressure drop to make throttled pressure control above saturation pressure to reduce occurrence of cavitation and flash evaporation.
With flexible option, the actuator furnished with the valve can be configured as per users’ demands.
