The product is used for steam exhaust pipeline of thermal power unit boiler to exhaust extra steam.

1. The forged valve body features high strength and reliable material. Welded connection is adopted between the valve body and the pipeline.
2. Middle cavities of the valve body and the valve bonnet adopt self-sealing structure, featuring convenient disassembling and assembling and reliable sealing. The higher the pressure is, the better the sealing performance is.
3. With guiding baffle or cover, middle cavity of the valve body can effectively prevent valve stem break caused by vibration.

With cobalt-based rigid alloy build-up welding, the sealing surface ensures its high and hardness difference; build-up welding height of valve disc and seat ≥5mm; precise grinding, manual running-in and abrasion and corrosion resistance, ensuring goodness of fit of the sealing surface above 90%, realizing zero leakage and prolonging service life effectively.
