The soot blowing reducing valve for 600 to 1,000MW supercritical (ultra-supercritical) air pre-heater takes high temperature reheat steam as the soot blowing air source. Pressure is reduced by the control valve for the soot blowing reducing station and supplied to soot blower as soot blowing air source.

Advantages

1. The valve body adopts forged welding structure with high strength and the valve has sufficient strength. With “Z” type structure, it has butt welding with a pipe.
2. With uniform flow cover, the valve inlet makes medium flow from periphery to the throttle part evenly to prevent medium from scouring internal part and sealing surface of the throttle directly and prolong service lives of throttle part and sealing surface.
3. The valve seat adopts conical sealing and the valve core and seat adopt Stellite alloy spray welding to make the valve possess abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scouring and other characteristics.
4. The valve core adopts three-step throttle pressure reducing and each step of throttle controls fluid pressure above critical pressure reducing ratio, preventing damage of cavitation.
5. With flexible option, the actuator furnished with the valve can be configured as per users’ demands.
