With the working condition of high temperature and big pressure and temperature differences, it adopts multi-step sleeve for pressure reduction and backpressure opening spring nozzle for water spray and temperature reduction to guarantee temperature and pressure reduction effect.

1. Valve is angular structure and medium flow direction is flow closing type (horizontal incoming and bottom outgoing).
2. Adopting forged steel structure with high strength, the valve body and bonnet can meet strength requirements under high temperature and pressure well.
3. It adopts two-step adjustable pressure reduction and one-step throttle plate fixed pressure reduction. Pressure reduction adopts the principle of multi-step port pressure and noise reduction to realize high pressure and noise reduction.
4. Backpressure opening type spring nozzle is adopted for temperature reduction to guarantee full atomization of temperature reducing water under low load and normal working conditions to achieve function of valve temperature reduction rapidly.
5. It adopts pressurized balance type structure design to make valve opening easier.
