 It controls temperature reducing water flow of temperature and pressure reducing valve for high pressure bypass of steam turbine. With the working condition of high pressure and big pressure difference, it adopts multi-step throttle mode to prevent occurrence of cavitation and flash evaporation.

Advantages

1. Valve is angular structure and medium flow direction is flow closing type (horizontal incoming and bottom outgoing).
2. Adopting forged steel structure with high strength, the valve body and bonnet can meet strength requirements under high temperature and pressure well.
3. With multi-step hole cage sleeve type structure, the valve core realizes multi-step throttle for pressure reduction. Each step of throttle forms mutual impact of fluid and 90° right angle turning realizes pressure reduction. Since pressure is above saturation pressure after each step of pressure reduction, no cavitation and flash evaporation are generated during pressure reduction; vibration and noise are controlled effectively.
4. It adopts uniform flow cover design to prevent fluid flow from generating deflecting force on the valve core and avoid single edge abrasion.
5. The valve body and bonnet adopt pressure self-sealing structure.
6. With equal percent flow characteristics, it can control medium flow to reach good regulation performance accurately.
7. The valve is equipped with hydraulic actuator to realize rapid operation and regulation functions.
