 It is used for water level regulation of water tank of 600 to 1,000MW supercritical (ultra-supercritical) unit and achieving the purpose of regulating water level of the water tank through different openings.

Advantages

1. The valve body adopts overall forged structure with the high strength and the valve adopts plunger type structure with smooth flow pass, possessing the structure and function of preventing tiny impurity and foreign object in the pipe from damaging internal parts of the valve.
2. The valve core adopts formed valve plug to control fluid continuously. It does not have discontinuous step control characteristics of the maze laminated valve.
3. The valve seat adopts conical sealing and the valve core and valve seat adopt Stellite alloy spray welding to make the valve possess abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scouring and other characteristics, featuring anti-cavitation and abrasion resistance.
4. The cage type guiding sleeve can protect the valve body from corrosion. The special ring structure that prevents impurity and foreign object stuck protects valve plug and ring from corrosion.
5. Middle cavity of the valve body adopts pressure self-sealing structure and that of the valve has better sealing after it is pressurized.
6. With flexible option, the actuator furnished with the valve can be configured as per users’ demands.
